1. Click the “Book Now” button to provide flight information, specify delivery instructions, and complete your registration. 2. Receive an email confirmation for your order and an email reminder 24 hours before your flight. 3. Check your luggage at the American Airlines check-in counter, as usual, before your flight departs. Pay any applicable airline baggage fees as these still apply to Bags VIP customers. 4. Bypass baggage claim when your flight arrives; a Bags VIP agent will retrieve and deliver your bags to the address you provided. You will receive an email update when your bags are retrieved from baggage claim and again when your bags are delivered.
The items you would like delivered can be checked on your flight according to the airline’s checked bag policies. The flight will arrive at one of our participating U.S. airports. See our Airports Served page for a complete list. The items will not have to pass through customs when your flight arrives. This includes all domestic flights within the U.S. and select international flights where luggage has already passed through a U.S. Customs Pre-Clearance location. (link to list of pre-clear locations) The address to which the items will be delivered is within 100 miles of the destination airport.
Base pricing begins at $39.95, which includes the first 2 bags plus the first 40 miles of delivery.
Your luggage will be delivered in up to 4-6 from flight arrival time. You will receive email updates when your luggage is picked up at baggage claim, when it is assigned to a driver for delivery and upon delivery of your luggage.
