Our Efforts Regarding COVID-19

We hope you, your families and loved ones are staying safe and healthy as we continue to manage through the COVID-19 pandemic. Out of concern for our customers and employees, our company has identified areas where opportunities exist to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19 and to eliminate secondary contact. As a result, we have implemented enhanced measures to address these areas and what you can expect to experience during your luggage delivery:

NEW No Contact Luggage Delivery – No signature is required to have your luggage dropped off to you at your delivery address.

NEW Touchless Signature – Should you require or prefer a signature, we have developed a process to make this touchless. When our driver arrives to drop off your luggage, he/she will take a picture of exact location the bag(s) is being dropped off, and he/she will ask you for your full name, which will be typed into the driver’s mobile app on their phone that will serve as a proxy for your signature.

Please be assured that our drivers are being informed of and following CDC COVID-19 guidelines for social distancing and surface transmission. They are also following guidelines from the CDC about the use of masks or face coverings when it is not possible to maintain a 6 ft distance from others.
