I did not have to worry about waiting around to get my bag or worry about what I was going to do with my bag, as I needed to be at a meeting immediately after arriving in Denver. The service was excellent and I look forward to using it again. I travel to Houston weekly. When I am there for 4-5 nights I bring a larger checked bag along with my computer bag and a carry on tote. I hate having to lug all of my bags on the bus to the rental car terminal, so your service is perfect for those trips. Next week is a short one, but I will be booking again for several weeks in February and March. I love the email notifications. I have to admit, when I landed on Sunday and walked right past baggage claim I had a bit of a nagging feeling, wondering if I would ever see my bags and if they would arrive before I went to bed, so the notifications were GREAT!
